Construction Documents

When it is time to detail, our architects and design team will draft how every nut and bold go together within your project. We sign and seal them, and send them out the door! 

Construction Administration

During the construction of your project, our licensed architects will assist with RFI's, sketches, and building questions. We do regular site visits to the construction site to observe and report to ensure proper design execution.

Working alongside our in-house architectural team, we can provide a complete turn key design build solution where all parties are on the same team working to meet your budget and goals from the early design phases.

New Construction

Our construction team works on projects ranging from ground up single family homes to multi-family mixed use projects throughout the greater Philadelphia region. We will work within 50 miles of Philadelphia.

Renovations

We work with our clients starting from full gut home renovations up to multi-family mixed use warehouse and apartment conversions. We will develop a standard spec package and bring your vision to life through our streamlined construction project.

Step 1: discovery call

Get in contact with us and we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss your project in a bit more detail to see if working together is a good fit.

Step 2: site visit

We schedule a time to visit and walk the site and/or do a walkthrough of the space(s) that would be included in your project. A huge part of this meeting would also be to establish the goals of the project and also discuss timeline and budget.

Step 3: Schematic design

At this point, we start designing the basic form of the building or spaces, while evaluating which layout would be most functional.

Step 4: design development

During this phase we start to flush out the design, taking all the building systems into consideration—structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical). We also start to think about materials and finishes that may be used.

Step 5: construction documentation

We put together a construction drawing set that will be used for permit and as references for any contractors bidding on the project.

Step 6: bid package

A bid package includes all the information necessary for prospective contractors to bid on the project, so that you have several estimates to review.

Step 7: construction administration

We keep an eye on the progress of the project and coordinate with the contractor and any other professionals on the team to make sure your project is successful.
